PARENT AND FAMILY COACH - RAYMOND - 0.8 FTE

Barons-Eureka-Warner Family and Community Support Services requires a Parent and Family Coach in our Raymond Parent Link Centre.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifiations:
- A two year diploma in early childhood education or related human service disipline.
- An understanding of the needs of parents, children and families.
- Experience leading early childhood education programs.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Clean criminal and intervention check.
- Valid drivers licence.

Support Group For Adults and Seniors Living With and Managing Chronic Illness - Helping adults and seniors with information regarding living with and managing chronic illness. Mentoring is a key component of the support group as they problem solve together by sharing their experience and coping skills. Divorce Support Group - This groups is for individuals who are facing the challenges of separation or divorce and will feature discussion covering topics such as grief, loneliness, coping, health and well-being, self-esteem, parenting, dating, moving on and redifining your life. COMPASS for the Caregiver Workshop - Do you provide care for a family member of friend who is living with challenges due to disability, illness or old age? YOU are a Caregiver.
